About
An independent research publication.
BITBRIEF covers the seams between artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital assets across twenty specialist desks. It is published independently by Neutro.
What it is
Twenty desks in four groups — AI and data, cybersecurity, finance and digital assets, and the cross-domain material where the three meet. Each desk files short retellings of primary sources, and the portal carries long-form guides and a glossary of the terms the desks use.
The desks exist because the interesting developments in these fields increasingly happen between them: an agent that spends money is a payments question and a security question at once, and most coverage is organised by field rather than by seam.
Who publishes it
BITBRIEF is published by Neutro, an independent publisher. It is not affiliated with any exchange, protocol, vendor or fund it covers, and nothing on the site is paid placement except where it is labelled as such.
How the material is made
News is retold in our own words from the primary source, with a link to the original on every piece. Figures appear only when the source states them, and nothing is invented to fill a gap — no quotes, no forecasts of our own, no illustrative numbers. The full rules, including the freshness window and how images are licensed, are on the methodology page.
How the site is paid for
- Referral links. Some placements are referral links, and the publication is credited when a reader signs up through one. Every such link is marked as sponsored and carries a disclosure line where it appears.
- Advertising. The site carries none. If it ever does, the advertising will be labelled as such, and advertisers will not choose, see or influence editorial material.
No figure on this site can be bought. Where we recommend something, we have used it ourselves and publish what it produced, in the units its operator reports.
Corrections
When something we published turns out to be wrong, it is corrected on the page. To report an error, write to editor@bitbrief.top with the address of the page and what is wrong. A link to the source that shows it helps.
